Pakajo GmbH launched its comparison and shipping platform at www.pakajo.world in July 2022. Customers from the eCommerce sector can register with Pakajo and use the multichannel software to ship their orders worldwide at the best shipping conditions.


We help customers reduce their shipping costs and increase their profits. With a great international team, we are constantly developing our shipping platform to provide our customers with the best possible service. With close ties to national and international postal operators, we offer a strong, reliable and affordable alternative to existing shipping solutions.

Your main tasks:


  • Operational management of our customers
  • Support of our sales team
  • Onboarding of new potential customers
  • Creation of individual offers
  • Support in expanding our product presence and increasing the visibility of our services
  • Project management with customers from the DACH region
  • For complex customer inquiries, you will work with other colleagues to develop workflows in order to achieve the best solution for the customer
  • Support for customer enquiries
  • Office management


What makes you special:


  • Completed commercial training or studies, also career starters with comparable experience are welcome
  • You may already have experience in the areas of shipping, mail/parcel and logistics
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Possibly initial experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
